Cerulean Winds has expanded its senior team with two new appointments. Tom Scrope joins as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer, where he will focus on developing the business’s financial model, raising capital, and managing financial structures. Colin Maciver has been named Senior Director, based in Scotland, with responsibility for project development and stakeholder engagement.
Maciver brings experience from both public and private sectors, including his previous role as Head of Offshore Wind Development at Crown Estate Scotland. His background is expected to complement the oil and gas expertise of Cerulean Winds’ founding team.
Cerulean Winds is a green energy and infrastructure developer focused on large-scale floating wind. The company is progressing three 1 GW floating wind projects—Aspen, Cedar and Beech—supported by exclusive seabed leases and established contractor relationships.
