Hochtief Construction has been awarded the contract for another offshore wind farm. From mid-2012, the Hochtief subsidiary is expected to start constructing the wind farm Global Tech I in the German North Sea.

Nordex has obtained the order for the turnkey installation of a wind farm in Turkey. Nordex is building the Akres project with 18 N90/2500 machines for Karesi Enerji, a subsidiary of the Turkish transformer manufacturer Best.

Availon GmbH has been awarded an order for supplying and installion of grid coupling contactors as an upgrade for 81xGE 1.5 Wind Turbine Generator Systems (WTGs). A total of 14 operating companies commissioned Deutsche Immobilien-Leasing GmbH (DIL) as their agent to sign a respective framework agreement with Availon.
